Account & Registration

Deposits & Payments

Log in, go to your account dashboard, and click "Deposit". Choose your preferred payment method — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PHP and follow the on-screen steps. Most deposits are credited instantly.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. For e-wallets like GCash and Maya, the minimum is typically ₱100. For bank transfers (InstaPay, PESONet), the minimum may be higher depending on your bank's policy. Check your PT Gam account dashboard for the latest deposit limits per method.

Most deposits are credited within minutes, but some bank transfer methods (PESONet) can take a few hours. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, email support@ptgam.app with your transaction reference number, payment method, and the amount and time of the transaction.
